Tarcilio completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science at Latrobe University in 2019 and Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University in 2023. Prior to this he also completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Majoring in Nutrition & Exercise Science) at Deakin University in 2015. He is a member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Tarcilio is currently completing a PhD at Deakin University by researching the effectiveness of exercise in managing chronic back pain.
As an accredited Exercise physiologist (AEP), Tarcilio possesses the skills, knowledge and experience to design safe, effective and efficient exercise interventions for those living with multiple chronic and sub-acute health conditions, disabilities or injuries, as well as assess their current level of health and function.
Tarcilio is passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of his clients by helping them achieve an improved quality of life through education about sustainable lifestyle changes including exercise, which he believes is the greatest form of therapy. He believes having a holistic and client centred approach is crucial to ensure the best outcomes for his clients. His ultimate focus is to help people return or to gain the ability to enjoy life to its fullest potential.
