We offer refund and/or exchange only within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- The item must be defective or damaged when received and not due to accidents, mishandling or misuse by the customer.
- We don’t refund just for change of mind.

Refund/ Exchange Procedure
- If you need to exchange or refund an item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Body to Balance, Level 1, Suite 8/ 1091 Stud Rd, Rowville VIC 3178.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or an exchanged item will be posted.
